Service was okay, Cleanliness not so great. Food was barely warm.
Absolutely horrible, rude service. I went at 8:09pm,. Did not get my food for 35minutes. I got pulled to the side to wait for... chicken to cook. They brought me my food 10 min later. Instead of getting a double cheeseburger like I ordered they gave me acheeseburger. Inside was closed so I had to go back thru drive thru, 5 cars ahead of me, I had to wait 25 min to get to thewindow. I asked for my whole order to be remade due to the long wait. The manager said no. I said do you want to eat cold foodthat you paid for? He said I made it fresh. I said ya 25 minutes ago. He proceeded to say you people are unbelievable. I saidmy fries are cold and nasty due to you guys screwing up my order. Maybe you should make sure to get orders correct. He neversaid sorry, I never got new fries. My husband had to eat cold and I will never go to that bk ever again. The manager was beyondrude. If your that unhappy at your job and can't be polite to customers who were waiting for 35 for your mistake get a differentjob. I had to delete my original review because now I won't go to burger king ever again. East and west locations are terrible. They... ran out of cheese slices so they put shredded cheese on and they got my order wrong and I didn't know until I got home. Keepyour coupon because I won't use it. Read more
So I stopped at this burger King on July 28,2022 I drive a 26 box truck.so i go to go inside it was around 7:30 pm all the... lights were on but they had there doors lock keep in mine there open till 10 so knock on the door instead of the young mancoming to the door he hid behind a wall so I went to the drive through a girl finally came to the window. When I startedexplaining to her that I drove a 26 ft box truck and I could not drive through their drive-thru without tearing it up I want toplace an order and she got smart and rude saying I can't serve you at the window it's against company policy which I know isuntrue because every other Burger King that I have been to that the lobby was closed they would serve people at the window. As far as fast food places go very good hot food and always correct which is so nice for a change. Only complaint I have is how... incredibly long you have to wait for your food, I sat in the drive thru for nearly 25 minutes! But all in all decent experience. Read more
Seems to have been a rough few years for the food industry. Keep in mind the people are trying hard to get you fed! Even if it's... fast food a lot of the people are trying out there! Be kind when you can! Read more
They are playing instead of getting orders out. The women that took our order were very nice and helpful the lady in the drive... thru was rude to the front lady. They just play too much. Read more
