If there was a way to leave zero stars I would. I come to this Casey's quite often because it is close to work and when I... forget something for lunch and only have 30 minutes to get food you would think that they would have any type of hot food. Their hot food case was completely empty. Multiple other construction workers who are regulars in this store were also upsetthat there was no food as this is what some of them have time to get. There were 2 people in the kitchen one making up pizzasand one just staring off into space eating food. I understand that there is a wait time when it comes to certain things havingto be made such as burgers and chicken sandwiches but if you know it is about that time that a majority of people come in fortheir lunch and you know it is going to be busy you should have food ready and some for back up. I used to work in a gasstation similar to this and it was never acceptable to have the case empty. I even had a hard time even getting a sandwich. The lady just stared at me while I am standing there waiting to get a sandwich and then the phone rings and instead of helpingthe customer standing at the counter and having someone else answer the phone she answers the phone completely ignoring me andmaking one of the cashiers have to come back and make the sandwich. I get that people are short staffed. But when you have 2cashiers, 2 people in the kitchen and one sitting in the office you would think that they have enough help for the customersespecially when some are just standing there doing nothing. Not happy. Pizza was not ready when they said it would be. Clerk at check out did offer a bag when I had 2 pops and chips. ... They are usually concerned with other things than their customers. Won't be coming back here. Read more
Ordered a taco Pizza with no meat and got a cheese Pizza with lettuce and tomatoes thrown on top.. no sauce or beans.. called... the store back and told.them about it and all they told us was to call back on Monday and speak to a manager. I love the pizza from Casey's. They always have a great variety of snacks and drinks too.
