Trying to call Dominos directly.. what is this new thing they have going? Geez. Lunch hour trying to order, didn?t work out. K
Order delivery, every item was wrong.....I don't mean a little. I mean I ordered pasta and I got a little cheese pizza. I called... nobody answered for over 20 min. When I went there with this mistake I was greeted with "pickup or ordering?" I explained thesituation....the phone was ringing when I walked in....it was me still waiting for someone to pick it up. Her response to mewas....."well I'm the only one here...so....". I could go on but I did NOT get any sort of a refund and I did not keep theincorrect order....basically I got a carry out order, paid for delivery and was talked down to by the girl in the store. Andignored and hung up on when I called with the mistake. The delivery driver was nice. I will not order from here again and wouldencourage anyone and everyone else to stay away from this location. Ordered through the app last night. Food was delivered on time and very hot. I'm used to the stores in omaha being mediocre at... best, but this was by far the best experience I have had. I wish I would have taken a picture of the pizza, the toppings wereplentiful and great flavor. Hats off to this dominos! Read more

The staff is always super friendly. My order is always made super quick. I?m not there all the time but few of staff members... always remembers me and smiles/greets me. Read more
Had a terrible experience with manager at this location. We accidentally sent our order to this location online. When we... realized our mistake we immediately called and were very apologetic and explained our mistake. The manager replied "maybe youshould pay attention next time," and hung up on us. We called back and he picked up and hung up immediately. We called again, heanswered and said "I cancelled your order, you don't need anything else from me," and hung up. We called again to let him knowthat we were dissatisfied with the situation and he proceeded to brag about how his store was the only 5-star store in thestate. i have so many absolute horrid experiences with this place i am so sick of it, i tried ordering a pizza in september and waited... 2 hours and they never showed up. Tried ordering a pizza tonight and the driver stopped at the vape shop for ten minutes beforedelivering my pizza, I call to complain and i?m laughed at and disrespected. This place is beyond sickening i?m so tired of it.My pizzas are never cut, the last pizza i DID get delivered they have to redeliver a fricking pizza cutter! Are you guys kiddingme?!? Read more
