Wed., Oct26,2022 Disappointing and hard to forget. I was the only customer in the store and three employees working the dinner... hour. Cashier could enter my order (a sandwich) correctly. Employee making my order did not read the order, made the sandwichwith double meat and then asked me if I ordered double meat. Another employee remakes the sandwich and adds the wrongcondiments (oil in stead of vinegar). To top it all off, I carryout and one block from the store discover a black hair in mysandwich. I returned to the store and had to prove there was hair in the sandwich by finding the hair for the employee. I didnot receive an apology for the fiasco I experienced when I placed the order nor for the hair in my sandwich. I requested arefund of my money and yet still no mention of or attempt to apologize! Bad service and three employees who were not equippedto provide quality customer service. I will not return and management needs to consider additional training and appropriate headcover for employees. Read more
We arrived forty minutes before closing. We ordered a meatball sub and were told they put their meat away at 8. Closing time is... 9! Meatball subs are a signature item there. Why quit selling them an hour before closing? Read more
Sandwiches are much smaller than they were a year ago. No longer worth the price
I do home health care and a client of mine bought me lunch at Firehouse Subs this week. I?m hooked!! Went in today to get one... and gentlemen at counter recommended Italian sub. Omg it was so good. Read more
First of all the layout of the place is all wrong. People in line end up standing right in front of the make station. No one... asked what I would like on my sandwich, so I get it home. Meat bread and some Mayo, nothing else not even cheese. My wife askedfor no BBQ SAUCE, and it was on the sandwich anyway. You would think being affiliated with fire fighters there would be betterorganization, and training ???? Read more
We absolutely love the sandwiches there, and have had them often. Today I happened to be on the phone with my boyfriend ad he... ordered, and heard every word. The subs were dropped off at home, and mine had no cheese on it, even though it should have. Icalled thr store and was told there was nothing they can do without us bringing the sandwich back in, which was not something iam physically able to do. Super annoying, when it was their mistake. I work there. Not a good place to work the gm and night shift managers just somed dabs in the back and then Treated me badly. I... told the owner about the drug use in his store I don't think he did anything about it. Read more
