Confusing af. Google maps said they open at 6am, but their sign said 8am. Place looks empty. Some random gal in a dark jacket... quick cuts across the parking lot and tried to squeak in the side door by where the buffet used to be, in an attempt to NOT talkto me... I asked yelled towards her, asking when they open because surely Google was wrong about the time they open... but alas,no... along with dodging customers, the employees there, whilst clamoring for a raise in the minimum wage laws, don't find itprudent to have proper signage stating their hours of operation.... AND, as I soon found out, the signage problem is a deep one,as NOT A SINGLE on-sale price tag was flipped customer side out... throughout the WHOLE STORE! Horrid... When I asked whichprice I was to pay at the register for one of my items, I was met with a response similar to "what does the tag in front of itsay?"... I didn't asked the same question regarding other items I got that had the blank side of the price tag facing me... andlow and behold, the price that wouldve been on the tags for all my sale items was wrong anyway! So not only are the price tagsflipped backwards, the price that they offer isn't even correct! Get your shhhh together Hyvee... plz. Read more
The store is always clean and well organized. They have a wonderful selection of products and the isles are wide and easily... shop-able. Additionally they have the best meat, produce, and bakery of any store in town. Read more
Don't bother going for breakfast in thier food court. Not once was I asked if food was good!? Terrible, left it there, if any... person with 1oz. Of common sense would ask.... That would be too much. Almost as bad as any service as Baker's. Read more
Tony with the Fremont Hy-Vee Aisles Online team goes over and beyond for customers! I was given a bad batch of strawberries.... When I called, as with each Hy-Vee team, he offered to replace them. However, when his other team members forgot to include themin our next order, Tony called to rectify the situation by sending a gift card. Thank you for going above and beyond, Tony! Great store clean my first choice when it comes to shopping bit more expensive for similar items from the competition but it's... usually a brand difference or something plus I'm sure it's hard for a store to stay good and profitable and have the lowestpossible price after all they're a business Read more
I was in the self checkout today. One of the items selected did not scan correctly, triggering the light for assistance. Upon... their arrival (Alexis W.) their behavior was rude, not acknowledging me, just clearing the error and walking away. This errorrepeated with another item. This same person responded and, again, zero communication. Zero courtesy. My family and I lovethis store and shop frequently, however; this experience today with this person made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome! ?A smile in every aisle? seems to no longer apply. Friendly place with great deals. Always save a lot of money on gas with my Fuel Saver Card with all the special deals that they... have. You just have to watch their specials. I had enough points that I only had to pay the state fuel tax. 20 gallons cost me$0.18, now that's a deal! Read more
