Not sure what was going on but there was a lady waiting to order when I pulled up, she just kept sitting there with no cars in... front of her, I waited 5 minutes then asked her if they were taking her order, she said they told her to wait, so we waitedanother 4 to 5 minutes and a worker got out of a car and beat on the back door and was let in. and they finally took the otherladies order then mine, there were no apologies for the wait or nothing, needless to say it was not a good experience. Will be taking my business to the other scooters in town as well as letting my friendsknow. The girl started laughing when I said no extra ice. Extremely unprofessional.
