Sonic is quickly becoming one of my favorite fast food restaurants because the food is really good. The only problem with the... one in Fremont, NE is that you can't always check-in when you order on the app. When that happens, you have to go through thedrive thru, which makes you late for getting your order. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They want to tell customers wrong even though their not and do not drink their... tea cuz they don't make it fresh. The most sour tea I've ever drank probably like a few months old. Plus workers want to arguewith their customers what a joke. Read more

Beyond frustrated. I traveled to the Fremont location for a blue raspberry nerd slushie and this is what I got. I can not... believe I was charged for a water slushie ????????. Such awful customer care. Read more

I normally love sonic. Ice cream, slushies, burgers with lots of cheese melting on them. My reason for a 4 out of 5 is the same... issues others have. We waited in a stall for over 30 minutes when suddenly they put up signs that they were closing early due toshort staff. Ok, I get it. Definitely can not help if people don't come to work. My issues is we sat there for the first 20mins before they put up signs. They didnt say anything at all to anyone that were there with us or pulling in to be served. Wewaited another 10 minutes thinking maybe we may still get served as we waited 20 mins prior to those signs and they didn't sayanything to us. 30 minutes mins total. At minimum they could have come on the speaker and said they had to close early or cometo our car while they put signs on door and drive through to say hey sorry. But they didn't say a single word. Placed an order on the app. When I parked in a stall and checked in it said Alica would be out in 10 minutes. While sitting... there 2 other stalls became occupied. They got there food and left. 40 minutes has passed. They then say stalls are closed andhave to go through drive through. Another 10 minutes through there. Got to the window and I asked the manager if my food waswarm. I have been here 50 minutes. She said ?I don?t know? and gave me my food.The manager was extremely rude and took noaccountability for there wrong. Yes the food was cold. The lost our business! Read more

Tried to charge me for the wrong order then gave me the wrong drink. When I told them the drink was wrong they said it?s the... right drink. I asked to speak to the manager. He proceeded to tell me it?s just the coke machine. I had ordered a Dr Pepper andit was too sweet. Cherry syrup has been added to it. He didn?t offer to get me another drink or anything. Will not be going backwhich is unfortunate because I like the food. But I won?t be treated as such. When you work in customer service you done tellthe customer they?re practically lying. If you don?t like your job find another one. Lots of places are hiring! Read more

Used the mobile app for pick up today. It took a little longer for the order to come out. The kid remade the sake because he... thought that it was more melted then he liked. That is vary responsible of him to try and make the customer happy. It was varygood I tried the new banana nela cookie shake. I am vary happy the real banana in it :) Read more
