So I have been working in Fremont, NE for about 6 months and the morning crew at this Starbucks has been absolutely wonderful. I... come in every weekday before 7AM to the entire crew cheerfully greeting me which gets my day off to a great start. They have myorder memorized and it's always done to perfection. Ordered 1 coffee went through the drive through. Waiting by the window then sent to pull up front. Was told they would bring it... out after waiting over 10 minutes I went in and they told me sorry we were busy while my coffee sat on the counter getting cold.Horrible service will NOT ever return. The slowest drive thru I?ve ever been in! Service is just like the rest of Fremont, below par. No urgency.
I love the crew great bunch of people make it easy for me to get my coffee and it's always correct.
