So I have been working in Fremont, NE for about 6 months and the morning crew at this Starbucks has been absolutely wonderful. I... come in every weekday before 7AM to the entire crew cheerfully greeting me which gets my day off to a great start. They have myorder memorized and it's always done to perfection. Ordered 1 coffee went through the drive through. Waiting by the window then sent to pull up front. Was told they would bring it... out after waiting over 10 minutes I went in and they told me sorry we were busy while my coffee sat on the counter getting cold.Horrible service will NOT ever return. Rather drink my coffee from home. From the moment I pulled in to the moment I pulled outin took over 30 minutes to have my order finished. Read more
The slowest drive thru I?ve ever been in! Service is just like the rest of Fremont, below par. No urgency.
I love the crew great bunch of people make it easy for me to get my coffee and it's always correct.
I cannot say enough good things about the service I received yesterday! I want to personally thank Phoebe for being the best... barista I have ever met. They were absolutely slammed busy yesterday morning, but she made me feel like I was the only customerthere! She was so sweet, genuine and helpful! And she made the start of my day so good!! This store has gone downhill big time recently. Just today I picked up a mobile order my mom placed. They don't bother to fill... the cups, nor do they actually pay attention to the order. Our venti drinks we got today would've fit in a grande cup WITH ROOM.Absolutely disappointing. I understand training new people, but that was just ridiculous. Read more
