Poor management and decision making to host a training meeting during business hours; not scheduling staff to work around hours... that create income. Witnessed MULTIPLE people being turned away because it seemed the staff wanted to sit around to collecttheir income. What appeared to be just a group of people in street clothes enjoying their Sunday afternoon until our vehicle andanother pulled away. Read more
Guy with glasses was VERY Rude! His response to being shut down an hour early for "training." with a sign saying 7 p.m.... training, we were there at 6. Seemed the staff took it upon themselves to take advantage of it being sunday. There were 10+people in the building and Enough staff to make customers sandwiches. Lack of empathy for us driving from the 23rd streetlocation because that location didnt have ingredients to make sandwiches. This location really has become pathetic. As we droveaway the 4 staff memebers wearing work outfits got up and went behind counter as to act like working or to close down completelyto cover their tracks. Read more
Tried going to the subway on 23rd they were out of meatballs. So decided to come downtown.Hours posted open until 7..open a door... and there's a group of employees in there standing having a meeting I guess. First thing rudely said they were having a meeting,and I pointed out their sign said 7, and again rudely said were having a training meeting, and that i could go to 23rd location.During business hours? This use to be a pretty decent subway, last few times I have been in there it?s just weird the employees cuss over the cucumbers... being empty like what? Lol, they roll their eyes at you for having to order more than one sandwich, I was going to run overtoday it was 10 mins after 9am and they still didn?t have the doors open so idk what happened to this subway. Under new management and off to a fantastic start. The lobby is always very clean and welcoming and the prep table behind the... counter is equally as such. The ingredients always look fresh and rotated. Nothing is ever outputting. The sides offered such asthe chips are always stocked and offering all available options at the ready. Have had multiple sanwhiches and wraps from hereboth from the menu and customized by myself and have yet to experience anything less than absolutely delicious. I have yet toeat at the other stores, but so long as the service and quality is here I most likely won't need be venturing elsewhere. Read more
