Long wait time for group of seven. Only one table/booth to handle large group. Prior group at table chatting after meal, so 20... to 25 minutes became 40 minutes. After seating Taylor, our waitress was efficient. Food was well prepared. Even two peoplehad 15 minute wait times. Read more
We don't usually visit chain restaurants but were pleasantly surprised with Applebees. Service at the bar was prompt and the... food was good. My husband had a burger and he enjoyed it. It was not crowded in the middle of the afternoon. Read more

We didn't wait long to be seated,and they were very accommodating to give us a table rather than a booth for our party. We had a... good waiter named frankie. But when we got our food the steaks were room temperature while mash potatoes and veggies were hot.My soup was actually cold. They did hear my soup up right away when we told them. I gave you a one star because there was nothing lower to choose. Ordered a salad thru the carry-out and when I got it home I had... to pick half the lettuce out because it was brown and past the point of being acceptable to served. I attempted to call themanager and no one would answer the phone. Finally got in touch with the general manager and she was eager to rectify thesituation and took my name and address and said she would make it right. Her idea of making it right was mailing me a $5.00 off$25 coupon. Making it right would of been seeing that I would receive what I PAID FOR! Great customer service general manager B. Read more
