Three times we have order door dash from bob Evans and ordered soup and salad. All three times we didn?t receive the soup!! Just... called they said come in and we?ll give you 2? Doesn?t that defeat the purpose of door dash? You?ve raised the prices and theservice has gone way down. Read more
The place needs cleaned? I?m talking about behind the benches you sit at the tables? there are particles of food in the cracks,... it is very noticeable and it?s also very disgusting. When I sit in the back of the restaurant in the middle I guess where youcan see behind the counter? the floor is disgusting. There was a lot of just garbage , napkins, wrappers, ect, needs swept. Isee so many employees standing around doing nothing, specially the host and cashier, they could at least be sweeping floorsand underneath counters when the place isn?t busy, Vacuum too for Christ sakes! There are cobwebs above light fixtures abovecustomer?s heads. The vents on the ceilings are very dusty and dirty. You have so many employees standing around they need someguidance in the department or if you would like, I will willingly tell them myself! Waitresses that I usually have are very goodthough. Tonight, the Farm was not on their game. Taste buds wanted the honey butter chicken and biscuits but it wasn't in the cards.... Chicken wouldn't cut through, figured it was me. Began eating it and rubbery. Chicken not cooked all the way through. Waitresswent and put in an order for 1 breast and brought that back but didn't take the plate with the bad chicken away. She only put infor 1 bemreast when it came with 2 and both were bad. Manager did end up taking the dish away and removed charge off our bill.No dinner out for me after that, Frosted Flakes at home for the win. Read more
Love their salads and homemade breads ???? ???? and their ice teas, great service,food and their staff is very friendly
This isn't your Grandma's Bob Evans anymore. The service was slow. Potatoes were hard and the sausage patties didn't taste... right. I came back a few days later to get a burger which was horrible and they didn't even melt the cheese. Don't go here forlunch! Read more
Always has classic comfort food. If they're busy, service will be slowed. Summertime is great because of all the strawberry... dishes they added. I had the Double Meat Protein Bowl (pictured). It has sweet potato chunks instead of home fries. It containsgreen bell pepper and not the green onions that the menu lists. This cost them a star. The last time I was there they burnedhamburgers for 4 guests in my party. It seems like the cooks only do a good enough job not to get fired. Since ownership of BobEvans changed, the menu changes, service and quality have taken hits. This is not the Bob Evans restaurant chain I grew uploving. Read more
Had Kaylie. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Such an extremely nice person...and her Service was top notch... Food arrived hot and... as ordered. She even re-warmed my pancakes because I was on the phone as they cooled off. Restaurant is clean, smelled fresh aswell. Other servers I saw were equally engaging with their customers . In fact the spirit of the place was very positive andthe servers deserve recognition for that. I appreciate the good effort here. Thank You Folks! Read more
I kept hearing how great the Bob Evans feasts were... so I ordered the premium farmhouse feast for Thanksgiving, I placed my... order 8 days in advance, added a pecan pie to the order, arrived at my scheduled pick up time had to wait because they didn'thave my ham packaged yet and the were out of pecan pies which I found odd since I ordered so far in advance but just asked themto refund the pie. Then when I started preparing my meal realized they didn't give me my Mac and Cheese called them I had tomake another trip to Bob Evans to pick it up. I get it home to find they only gave me half of the mac n cheese they were supposeto. Still trying to stay positive I decided to just pay for another Mac and cheese and just have it door dashed, just to findBob Evans isn't accepting door dash orders, the food taste good but the reason for catering the meal was to avoid frustrationand stress and well that just didn't happen. I still haven't had my refund for the pie hit my account yet either. Read more
