I haven't been here in years so it was an easy suggestion to get breakfast here. The food is good. I didn't take a picture of... any dishes. The menu here has been redone and embodies the American diner image they boast. The fruit cup I got instead ofhashbrowns consisted of half a banana sliced, 3 strawberries sliced, and a dozen purple grapes. I feel like the hashbrownswouldn't have been as many carbs. Read more
The place was moderately busy yet, service was very quick and our food was piping hot. They have unfortunately taken spaghetti... and the pancakes my child wanted off the menu... only reason they lost a star. I'm sure we'll return on another Cedar Pointtrip. Read more
Absolutely awful experience, would leave 0 stars if possible. Long wait time. Our waitress never even bothered to write our... order down, and instead of apologizing that she'd forgotten to put our order in, she avoided us at all costs. When she finallydid get up the nerve to stop by our table (why we waited an hour before leaving, ill never know - we were hungry) she said, shewould investigate, but couldn't tell the cook that we were missing our order, because he would "get mad" an hour and a halflater after our original order was placed, the order was wrong. Guessing she should have "wrote it down" in the first place. Shethen avoided us, at all costs, even after the food was delivered. I guess it's easier to put the blame on others when bad waitstaff can't own up to their mistakes. We won't be back. Read more
I will not be ordering from here again the food was ice cold and absolutely disgusting and part of our order was missing and... not only that we didn't get any silverware napkins or condiments that were requested. So after a long day in the car we didntget to eat! Read more
Ordered lumberjack b-fast and quite surprised and DISAPPOINTED with 2 microwave - precooked bacon strips. Come on now Dennys... microwave bacon? The ham slice was warm but NEVER touched the grill / probably microwaved also. The sausage appeared to beprecooked and simply warmed up (brown and serve with out the browning part). Had the best dinner ever! These Dennys chefs really cooking it up tonight! Asked the night manager his name (Jared) and asked... for his number, but he unfortunately said he was taken. That really sucks because his customer service is the best in town. Pshe?s cute too Read more
The rudest, most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a restaurant, EVER. Rude staff, poorly ran and a very unpleasant... atmosphere. When people leaving tell you "good luck" while you're waiting to put your name in, that should tell you something. Once I was finally acknowledged (after waiting for about 8-10 minutes) I was rudely "confronted" by a worker that told me I"better have 45 minutes to wait because it's gonna be a while" and if I don't want to wait that I should leave. While this isbad enough to do, it was done in the rudest, most awkward and most unprofessional way possible. When I turned to leave, they hadto continue and say in a condescending way "come back next week when people decide to show up" I said I'll pass on that and wastold "good" Yes, this happened. Absolutely unbelievable disgusting treatment because someone was mad that someone didn't showup to work apparently, and apparently that is my problem. Never again. The manager should definitely learn how to talk to peopleand learn some professionalism, but I'll guarantee that'll never happen. Really, they should find a different line ofwork.
