This is the second day in a row that my order has been completely messed up. Yesterday I ordered the maple bacon sandwich on an... everything bagel. (My frequent order) And they gave me the regular bacon. Today I ordered the same thing as well as a sausageegg and cheese on a English muffin. I got a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin, and a sausage egg and cheese on aneverything bagel. Even though the sticker was correct the workers can?t seem to put the correct sandwich together. This store isgetting so bad. They do not pay attention to what the sticker for the order is. Please fix this issue. Slow down and payattention! Read more
The worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. They have never gotten my order correct, never. And most of the time they have to ask me... multiple times what I ordered. The only reason I go is to fulfill the request for donuts once a week. I will have to switch backto Tim Hortons I get so irritated when I go through. Nobody has any kind of station they?re supposed to be at. Cars are waitingforever. I think fremont we need to boycott until new management comes along. Read more
My online pick up didn't get started until after I arrived even though I placed the order 8 mins before and was asked what items... were on my order so they could make it. The store had no customers ahead or waiting so I'm not sure why it wasn't ready orstarted. The eggs and sausage in the sandwiches were VERY cold which didn't make sense since they weren't made until I gotthere. SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. Those poor women were working so hard and still super behind. It's not like they weren't getting orders... through fast. I live in this town and have not seen a single Dunkin hiring sign except for a single sign that completely blendsin within the store. The workers were amazing for the situation they were in. Every time I visit they're understaffed andoverworked. This is a management/corporate issue. Do better. Read more
If I could leave zero stars I would. Somehow I get the wrong order every time I come through despite it being right on the... screen. Been waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes at this point, if I didn?t already pay $20 I would?ve just left. What theydon?t seem to understand is that Dunkin? is supposed to be fast, if I wanted to wait 30 minutes I would?ve cooked at home. If you're in a hurry, don't stop here. Appears they need to hire a lot more good employees. I decided to go inside because the... drive thru was backed up a mile. Took 15 minutes to get a coffee. And then the order was messed up. Just bad! Out of thingsalso. Read more
Service was a little slow but the caramel craze was worth the wait. They were also quite busy in the drive thru ( which is... where I went) so there's that. The people were friendly and I look forward to my next fix..... Read more
Bought a large coffee with cream and sugar. Had about a 5 min. wait in the drive through line. Not bad for 7,:50 am on a Friday.... I really like their regular coffee ??. Read more
