Nice couple that run/own this Subway. Food was fresh.
Got charged $28 for two foot long subs one was the new chicken avocado (nothing on it out of the usually except I got spinach... instead of lettuce) and an spicy Italian nothing out of the normal on that. No drinks no chips no nothing!!! $28 which is crazyacceptable I had a Jersey on with a crop top under it it was not indecent or reviling however the omen sneered at me the wholetime and kept eye bawling me up and down. When I asked for an itemized paper receipt for my purchase to see why it was so muchshe told me that they don?t give paper receipts anymore it?s all paperless every subway which is crazy cuz I was just there afew weeks ago and the dude gave me a paper and charged me HALF (normal what the menu price of the item was for that sandwich)and gave me my receipt. She just said something in her native language and went to the back of the store 10/10 will not returnand I?m reporting this store for theft to the corporate company what a joke Read more
Every time I try to place an order over the phone, the same guy starts my order and hangs up on me. I just needed some sub... platters for an event. I?ve tried multiple times and if I ask to talk to someone else he still hangs up on me. It?s rude andfrustrating! Read more
Even though the person who helped us couldn't speak English well, he knows his condiments. He also made sure it was fresh. My... husband ordered tomatoes on his, the worker didn't like the way they looked, tossed a few in trash and got fresh cut pieces. Igive him 100 percent!!!! Read more
It was one of only two places by our hotel to eat so we stopped in . The woman making our sandwiches didnt speak a lick of... English. Told her light mayo she put enough to clog my arteries . Then when my husband asked for oil and vinegar I swear sheliterally dumped half the bottle of oil on this sandwich. I mean she just kept going everytime we thought she would stop ????then we had ordered fountain drinks and soon realized not a single drink in the fountain was working so we asked if we could getbottled drinks instead and the woman couldnt understand what I was asking and looked at the man. he was about to tell me no orargue with me and at this point I was just done. This is the closest Subway to my home and I like Subway in general. But! I need English speaking employees... If you can't... understand me how can you fix my food. I have to repeat my order over and over. I've finally have had enough won't go back.Don't recommend. Read more
I purchased 2 footling sub combos (sub, chips, drink) and it came to $35.56! They allowed me to think they were applying my... e-gift card balance to my purchase and then instead charged it all to my credit card. I explained to them that the gift cardbalance did not get applied and they said yes it did. I then showed them my credit card account transactions online, that showedwhere the entire purchase amount WAS applied to my credit card. They then told me that they don't even accept e-gift cards. Theylie and they do not follow franchise procedure. I hadn't been there in years because my husband has been overcharged on mayoccasions and we will never go back unless it is under new ownership.
