They like to close 30 mins early when I arrived, they immediately turned off the lights and ran to the back. Ridiculous.

Great service considering we had about an 8 person order. The one doing the fixin of the sandwiches stayed calm,cool and... collected whereas the other guy was a little skiddish but they did teamwork and made it through it. That was even with me jokinand cuttin up with them. Read more

They were out of so many things including chips, pepperoni, salami, and more! The sandwich artist (if that's what they still... call them) was extremely rude! She acted like we were inconveniencing her by ordering food there. I understand it seemed likeshe was by herself which can be frustrating but that's no excuse to treat customers like garbage. Horrible horrible experience. Read more

Rude, Rude, Rude! In general, the counter staff (the regulars) are friendly and courteous. They seem to have new counter... staff (two women the night I went in). The younger woman was rude, unfriendly and downright ugly to us. I asked for a specifictopping and instead of politely offering a different alternative (apparently the topping I requested was only for pizzas,although they had the same toppings for subs on the other side of the counter), she rudely told me it was only for pizzas. Didn't offer the exact same topping that was an arms length away from her; just scowled at me and stood there defiantly. Theother woman behind the counter quietly obliged me with a few sprinkles of the requested topping. After I paid, she literallySHOVED the food at me, almost off the counter, and never thanked us for our business. Despite living in Frenchburg, I WILL NOTreturn to that establishment. If that is how you treat or value customers, then I bluntly say, "Go to h*ll." Read more

The crapiest Subway I've ever been to. The parking lot reeks of their disgusting garbage can. Jaycee was working and her name... tag said manager but she wasn't watching to see how crappy her employee makes a sandwich. They had 4 people walk in and youwould think they weren't going to make it. Sorry excuse for employees. Read more
