Fast, friendly service in a clean restaurant with awesome options. This place is a gem, just slightly outside of downtown... Frenchtown. Everyone was super friendly and patient when I asked questions about the menu and specials, even though it was abusy Sunday morning. Food was phenomenal. Very generously sized portions and options for just about any dietary restriction.I’ve just moved to the area and will absolutely be making this a regular stop. Definitely ask about the daily specials-I hadtrouble deciding between them! Read more

It's hard to find a good place to eat in Frenchtown. The lovin oven has a quirky atmosphere and famous desserts. The food is... overpriced for what you get. The salad greens I had were very vibrant and fresh, but seemed to have dirt on them-maybe a littletoo fresh. The quiche was overcooked almost beyond recognition. The woman next to me sent hers back and they proceeded to serveme a slice from the same rock hard overcooked quiche. My husband had an egg sandwich that had a hearty helping of eggs, but wasuninspiring especially at $15. The atmosphere and service is friendly, but slow. Not worth the wait or the hype. Just grab adessert and go. Read more

Always enjoy this place. Sandwiches are usually huge from our experiences, they definitely don’t skimp! Today I had a special... that was a squash blossom quesadilla and it was amazing! The hibiscus iced tea is SO good, too. Read more

Delicious brunch - the vegan quiche was tasty and we loved the soup too. Definitely try the bread and desserts! The outdoor... patio was also perfect for dining with our pup and the staff was incredibly friendly. There was a short wait but also a nicetrail to walk nearby while we waited! Read more

Arrived 30 minutes before closing and put our names down for a seat. The wait was quick and painless and we didn't feel rush at... all when reviewing the menus or taking our time to order. The staff was very helpful in deciding menu items, we had toss upsbetween quiche or omelet and French toast or pancakes. We went with French toast, omelet, and country breakfast. The winterFrench toast had a vibrant blood orange marmalade that really highlighted the fluffy toast beneath it, dense but not too heavy. The country breakfast featured sweet potato biscuits and sausage gravy which complimented eachother perfectly as a blend ofsalty and sweet. The side of kale would make even the biggest kale haters have a change if heart. Last, The omelet was good. Ididn't eat much of that one, but I had a bite and the pesto tasted very fresh. The service was an impeccable gold standard ????,better than the "finer" restaurants I've been to. If you visit, the ambiance is also pleasant. Strongly recommend for breakfastlovers. Read more
