Boneless spare ribs were dry and extremely tough. Egg roll was burnt. Wouldn't recommend.
Ordered chicken with broccoli…has no flavor. Rice taste mushy. You’re better off at ordering at a different place
The take out is horrible, I’m not usually a food critic, but this is just disgusting. I order a chicken broccoli with pork... fried rice and egg soup and here is the results. Rice is mushy, no pork at all, NONE, and I was charged extra for it, chicken isvery very very hard, broccoli is around average, a bit over cooked by okay, the sauce is awkward, it has this hint of sournesswhich kills the dish even more. The egg drop soup is a average. The price of ~$8 for this is not worth, there are many otherplaces which can serve better for food that price, plus the portion is quite small, but I am okay the portion, overall the dishis horrible, I don’t think I’ll revisit that Chinese again, I’ll have to go to a farther one now. Delivery Driver is absolutely atrocious. I haven’t had the food yet and definitely dont feel like having it after my encounter... with this disgustingly poor excuse of a delivery driver. While handing me my food he asks “you paid the tip” after stating Ididn’t have tip today he grabbed the bag from me and said “no tip, no delivery”. Because i PAID for my food I grabbed itback from his hands and walk away while he stood there cussing. No matter how good your food is poor customer service does notcut it. I eat here once a week. Their fried rice is superior to most others, especially their house special rice. They have great... Shrimp with Lobster sauce and sesame chicken. They are the best take out around and the prices are very reasonable. Read more
Don't ever order from here. I ordered through seamless and went to put a tip on my card but for some reason, the tip was not... added. the delivery guy shows up and tells me but i have no cash and he proceeds to tell me F**k you as if it were my fault. icontacted the restaurant and all they had to say was i should have tipped him. No help or anything. that is most certainly notthe way to provide customer service. I will NEVER order from here again. also the food was TERRIBLE. ribs were overcooked andthe shrimp fried rice tasted old. Read more
it is unfortunate that King Wok stopped using the coupons on their website. now when you order all they give you free is fried... rice. General tso's chicken is no longer free with a 20$ + order. Read more
