Was a little crowded on Friday night. Just have to watch where you park your car. Once sat down, had excellent service. Our server keep disappearing on us. We waited forever for our food to arrive. It wasn't the worst service that I got but it... wasn't the best service too. When we were ready to pay , the server disappeared again. I have to go ask someone if anyone canhelp me out with it. I ask another server and he said he can't help me with it. Well it looks like nobody wanted me to paysooo... but then they finally found him and I paid and finally was on my way out. I gave it 2 stars just because the food wasgood. This was honestly the worst experience. We had 11 people in our party, my mom got there first and got on the wait list around... 4:40. We waited for 40 minutes and she got a text saying our table was ready when we went inside they said we weren’t on thewait list and made us wait for another 30 minutes (5:50). We sat down and ordered or drinks and food our drinks came out fast, Our waitress basically ignored us as we sat with empty drinks and served other tables. We finally got our appetizers at 7. Therewas no reason that tables that got there an hour later were served before us. The service was terrible I’m never going torecommend this apple bees. Read more
We went to celebrate my son's 22nd birthday there because that where he choose to dine. I ordered the steak, with garlic mashed... potatoes (that tasted like they were microwaved & they were cold) and the steamed broccoli (which was gross). We also orderedfish (which was undercooked as well) and some of the 2 for $25 items (as well as some to go items for my kids at home). We hadto ask for refills after being there an hour. I told the waitress it was my son's birthday twice and no one came to the table todo what they do for birthdays there at our table ????! Their service sucked and it wasn't even packed in there. I still left atip though (even after spending $146.00 and not receiving quality service)! Applebee's has two things I like: a good atmosphere, and good food at a good price. Here, they hit neither of those. The... restaurant is full of poor waitresses, who you have to ask repeatedly for something. They don't wait for everyone at the tableto order either; if one person needs a refill they just walk away and forget. If that one person gets their refill, nobody elsedoes cause they just walk away. The food was good, but that's not worth having to work so hard to grab your waitress and askrepeatedly for something. I wouldn't come again. Read more
The food we ordered was delivered by Doordash. We chose the bourbon chicken and grilled shrimp. The chicken and shrimp were... tender and flavorful. It came with mashed potatoes, which were good, but we would have preferred a healthier steamed vegetableoption. It would have been a better experience to have had side dish options to choose from, but there were no options. We alsoordered the onion rings, which were definitely not healthy, bit quite delicious. I think Applebee's has it out for veterans on veterans day. I dont think Veterans are liked at all really. If your a Veteran... looking for that free meal, you better order something else with it and you better leave a little tip. Also, the meal is freebut your drink is not so order a water because they won't tell you, they'll just bring you a bill with a charge for the drink.Also if you do get a drink they're going to fill the entire glass up with ice so you drink all you beverage and have to orderanother.
