Honestly if you card reader is not working you need to place a sign on the door or at least let people know it's not working... before serving them just in case they don't have cash. Most people don't carry cash on them at all times. I wasted my lunchbreak waiting to be served just to hear a customer be told at checkout that they can't take card. Honestly it's common sense. The ice cream was great, but there was a long piece of toilet paper by the tables. I told one of the employees and she said ok,... but it was not picked up. The women's restroom smelled a lot! (Worse than a porta potty.) It was hard to enjoy my ice creamafter smelling that. Read more
Rude server and very pushy! Damn lady, give me time to see what I want. Also, they were cleaning and the place did not look very... appetizing, it was only 9 pm with another hour to close. I ended up leaving, the big/tall girl was almost delighted with astupid look on her face that I decided to leave! If the owners care and decide they want to replace the staff with some decentone so we can come back to this place, the server was a tall big girl with long hair ( FAKE blond with dark roots) in a top knotponytail. There is no worthy substitute for BR mint chocolate chip ice cream. Showing up with an ice cream cake filled with it is... guaranteed to score you major points (assuming the receiving end is cool with dairy). They had various size cakes ready to goand they looked fresh. Place was clean and we were served promptly. *edited* I removed a star after deciding that I have beentoo generous with my ratings and wanting to leave room to give extra credit to local businesses (at least chains that sourcelocally). 3 weeks after the CDC announces a lift on mask mandates from people who have been vaccinated, restaurants all over Fresno are... opening their dining rooms, and these jokers can't provide a place for the customers to sit. Still on lock down. Won't be back! Read more
