Visiting Fresno, Ca and wanted to try a mom & pop breakfast spot. Decided to try Batter Up and boy, let me tell you. I let my... server order for me bc the choices all looked so good. Raylene, our server, brought me the chili Verde omelette and it justmight be the best omelette I?ve ever had! The eggs are fluffy. The meat melts in your mouth and the cheese and verde sauce wasbursting with flavor. Then, on Raylene?s suggestion, I had the half coffee cake, half cinnamon swirl pancake. I typically don?tlike complicated pancakes, but this was a most outstanding pancake. No syrup needed. Just dig in. It goes very well with coffee,too. Read more

Went for the first time on Friday morning. My family and I used their app to check in before arriving which saved us a lot of... time because they were busy! You can only use the app if you have a party of 4 or less for check in. We got seated and it took abit of time before they got to our drinks. When they did, we were ready to order. Our waitress was very nice and got our foodout very quickly. The food was awesome! The pancakes are all plate size! Overall a great experience for any breakfast goer. Read more

Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy. However the service was incredible and they got us seated quickly. I had the... chorizo omelet with biscuit and gravy and it was perfect!! It was good. The food was good. But could of been a little better. (hotter longer) It was cold shortly after we got it. But the... service was great. The staff was super friendly. There was an hour wait. But we got seated at the bar. Ordered our food andwaited about 40 minutes to get it. They did take 1/2 off the check but that's probably why it got cold so fast. Idk.
