Chicken Thighs ordered on July 16, 2022 10:30pm Every single chicken thigh was as raw as the one pictured, it is pretty obvious... the chef didn’t use a thermometer. Our server Bradley took the item off our bill but did not seem too concerned with theproblem. When I called and spoke to a manager the next morning about the alarming chicken, I was met with attitude. She flippedthe situation around and questioned me for not speaking to a manager before I left the restaurant. She didn’t even muster upan apology. Read more
It’s was okay, I asked for a root beer float and got a normal root beer. But I just told a waitress and she was very nice... about fixing it. The service took a while, but it was very busy. We had the nachos and Brussel sprouts, they were good thenachos needed more cheese though. Overall it was okay. Read more
The hostess doing the to-go orders was very friendly and nice. I appreciated her service. The rest of the staff were socially... awkward or just ignored you. Our waiter was working too hard for a tip and kept walking up to us as we were biting our food. Theavocado egg rolls were good. The turkey bacon burger was good. BJ's was able to accommodate our party of 8 with short notice. The service was great and the food was fantastic. Atmosphere... was friendly and fun, even with animated conversations at every table and music playing, you could still hear your own tabletalk. I enjoyed this experience better than I anticipated.
