Chicken Thighs ordered on July 16, 2022 10:30pm Every single chicken thigh was as raw as the one pictured, it is pretty obvious... the chef didn’t use a thermometer. Our server Bradley took the item off our bill but did not seem too concerned with theproblem. When I called and spoke to a manager the next morning about the alarming chicken, I was met with attitude. She flippedthe situation around and questioned me for not speaking to a manager before I left the restaurant. She didn’t even muster upan apology. Read more
It’s was okay, I asked for a root beer float and got a normal root beer. But I just told a waitress and she was very nice... about fixing it. The service took a while, but it was very busy. We had the nachos and Brussel sprouts, they were good thenachos needed more cheese though. Overall it was okay. Read more
The hostess doing the to-go orders was very friendly and nice. I appreciated her service. The rest of the staff were socially... awkward or just ignored you. Our waiter was working too hard for a tip and kept walking up to us as we were biting our food. Theavocado egg rolls were good. The turkey bacon burger was good. They could have provided more fries on the plate but inflation isimpacting everyone. Read more
BJ's was able to accommodate our party of 8 with short notice. The service was great and the food was fantastic. Atmosphere... was friendly and fun, even with animated conversations at every table and music playing, you could still hear your own tabletalk. I enjoyed this experience better than I anticipated. Service was good but food was sooooo wack.. I used to go there pretty often a few years ago but the quality of the food has... dropped. The chicken I had was pretty dry on top of that there was a little blood by the bone.. Brussel sprouts didn't seemfresh and were brunt. Didn't even feel like complaining, my daughter had the bjs cheese burger and said it was alright and wouldrather have went and ate at the malls foodcourt...will not be back any time soon! Read more
(FRESNO LOCATION) Asked for well a done burger last night and got this, started vomitting this morning. Never going back, plus... the staff is unironically unprofessional/lazy telling us that most of the menu isn't available. You have way better service andchefs who listen at mcdonalds than here. 5 stars for the take out girl she's doin the best with the least that was available to her tonight. By far the most... disappointing service!!! We put in this order the night before to be ready tonight at 4pm We got there at 330 the order hadn'tbeen started yet. Came back an hour later the order was not in still! Go the order out at 6pm Got home they did not put in myknots ... most importantly they burned dessert and still sold it to us knowing it had a burnt taste ...???? Definitely let medown the food was all cold since we were waiting on the other half of the order! Food was delicious but cold! Read more
This site is in nearly immaculate condition. Everything looks "shiny and new" but also very well designed. The staff was... excellent - great attitudes made the environment extra welcoming. Dinner and desserts pretty tasty. Lots of beverage options???????? Read more
