Used the BK app to place an order & pick up in drive thru. Was Greeted, Vanessa, Absolutely The BEST & FRIENDLIEST Greeting Ever... at any Fast Food restaurant, Vanessa was Enthusiastic, Helpful & had a Great attitude. The Drive thru was Super Fast & clean.The gentleman, serving the drinks & food was GREAT! Plus Best Italian Chicken sandwich Ever at any Fast Food restaurant! Just spent $40 on 2 meals for them to completely mess it up. My sons chicken nugget meal was supposed to be with a large fry, he... got onion rings, he?s a child he won?t eat onion rings. My Bacon King Meal that was nearly $20 alone had SO MUCH MAYO on it, itwas inedible! The onion rings which I DID request for MY meal tastes freezer burnt/moldy. Also my meal was supposed to come witha Diet Coke and my sons meal was supposed to come with a regular coke, BOTH meals came with a regular coke. AND then the whopperjr I ordered on the side for my child was supposed to have just ketchup, meat, and buns and we got it completely dry with noketchup. Everything about this very expensive meal was wrong, only thing that came out right was the 8 piece chicken nuggets!And how amusing it is when you try to call the store for an hour straight and they don?t answer the phone and then a crew membermust of gotten irritated I kept calling because they then started picking up the phone and hanging it up on me. Absolutelyunprofessional. Wasn?t even a hard order. Obviously they were cutting corners by giving us both onion rings and both the samesodas even though the orders were different and clearly say on the make board and tags. This place has really been hit or miss. More so when it comes to the service. The food is as to be expected, but it's always the... service in the evening hours that really lacks quality. We ordered my daughter Frozen Cherry Fanta but were told all that theyhave is Strawberty Lemonade. So, we ordered that instead and were handed a green frozen drink. We tried to confirm that it wasStrawberry Lemonade and received that confirmation from the employee. But in no way did it taste like lemonade or strawberry, soafter getting home and doing a search it was found out that it was the "Mystety Flavor". This just compounded the issue withservice at this location. Last time my wife ordered breakfast here, she was cussed at but the person claiming to be a managerwhen she tried to report that they got our order wrong, but that was some time ago - unlikely anyone currently employedthere. We typically would only come here due to the proximity to home and if we were in a pinch for dinner, but I don't thinkthat will be happening again. Read more

Those french toast sticks are something special, truly. So good! The ambience could definitely use some work and the worker... smelled my bacon before putting it on my breakfast sandwich, kind of odd behavior exemplified at this location. Read more
I was craving some meat.....like meat meat. I felt famished! Went to BK for the Bacon King... it did not disappoint! BK fries... were nice and hot and perfectly salted! Unfortunately, BK was understaffed or swamped with orders but it took twice as long toget through the drive-thru. But....the flavors and perfectly cooked foods made up for it. Read more
They had a new kitchen crew. So our order was made wrong. I ordered a sourdough bacon sandwich. And my husband had a bacon king.... The fries was really old and the bread on my sourdough was made with the end piece of the sourdough loaf. And when I got it thewhole order remade. My sourdough was very soft. Read more
We repeated our order clearly twice at the speaker, then 3 times again at the window because they had it wrong. Guess what? We... still got the wrong order. It was simple: A Whopper, a Jr. Whopper, then a double Whopper without pickles or tomato. We got 3sandwiches with only ketchup and lettuce on them. It was over 10 minutes as well.
