I took my sister to eat I ordered the #1 Whooper Meal and it doesn't come w/ cheese unless you ask for it and it's extra money.... I asked if I can have in Lettuce instead of the bun? Just ordered door dash from there and got the family combo meal with 3 whoppers 3 cheeseburgers ,and 3 fries. And my babies kids... meal. They forgot all 3 of the fries with the combo meal. I manage a restaurants and work in it all day with my employees so Iunderstood AN item, a single item being forgotten but who misses ALL the fries. This is the second time I door dashed there andeach time they forgot someone, last time it was my baby's whole kids meal. They should do like we do at our restaurant and maybetake a highlighter and mark off each item as you bag,if it's so hard to look at a screen and add items as you go. I attempted to go through the drive through but no one responded and their drive through was still supposed to be open for 1hour... and 15 minutes. There were still employees in there they just didn't respond. There was no holiday or sign that indicated theywere closing early. Read more
Everytime I go to Burger King no matter which one. They are always out of something I order. However; this visit at this... location. I pulled up in line at the drive thru. When I got up to place my order I sat there for 3 minutes. Then the guys saysover the intercom "sorry we are only taking walk ins." You be the judge. Read more
Fast food should change their name. We needed a quick bite it took 20 min to get 2 # 1's and 9 piece mozzarella. Well... definitely not worth the time and money we paid for. Why upgrade when you get water down sodas our fries were over salted ourmozzarella sticks were hard. So I don't understand why we waited too have all these items wrongly made. Read more
I love BK but I hate this location (Kings Canyon/Maple) I've had a horrible experience every time I come here. One time, we... wanted to order a Whopper and were told they don't have burgers, only chicken....we came back the next week and they stilldidn't have whoppers available. Another time we asked what non soda beverages do they have and the employee rudely said"Water"... how are they never stocked? Who orders their supplies? How hard is it to make sweet tea or refill the HiC? And whyarent their fries ever fres??.. I hate it here...???? Read more
They only take one order at a time. And literally make u wait till they complete the whole money exchange and food hand off... before they take the next order. They need a strong new management team. So far Burger King has the better fries than McDonald's and Jack in n the Box. I use the coupons I get in the mail. Really like... their original chicken sandwich. Read more
