Terrible place. Ordered through uber eats and only received half of my meal that i payed $60 for. Not to mention most of the... food i ordered did not come with the add one and removals in the burgers that I PAID FOR !!! what is is this service ???? thisis terrible. Called for assistance and to receive help to fix this issue and was hanged up on! Called for the second time andthey said they didn?t know what to do except for me to come down with a digital receipt but i have no ride or time which is whyi ordered thru uber eats. ? ???? partly this falls onto uber eats and the driver but mcdonald?s should be distributing theirmeals well. 5 stars go to todays working team. Robert was handling being the only cashier like a pro. He ran back and forth but never lost... his cool. Super patient, accurate orders, great attitude. Hope he and his fellow teammates get all the recognition they deserve.General managers or whoever is in charge should be replaced!! Read more
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat with the kiddos and boy am I sorry I did. #1 Everything is broken/shutdown. No restroom. No... drinks machines. #2 I had to wait numerous times & ask for items that should have been included. Straws & condimentsspecifically. #3 The staff is short & stressed (which was odd being the lobby was empty and there was little drive-thrutraffic.) The whole experience was unpleasant and was more of a test of patience. Long story I highly recommend NOT botheringwith this location. Shame too because the decor is nice. Read more
Went to the drive-thru requested 4 whoppers and 4 large fries! Got home found 4 whopper Jr's and 5 large fries. Either these... people are deaf and dumb or both! Tried calling the manager but no one would answer the phone! I'll be talking to the managerreal soon! Read more
