Paid 13 for a hand breaded chicken sandwich which should come with bacon lettuce,tomato and sauce.
The food is your average Carl's jr, and there's nothing wrong with it. I wanted to point out for the bicyclists on Google maps... that the staff when I went, allowed me to lock my bike in a very secure location on the gate behind the drive-thru menu box. Ifelt very comfortable leaving my bike there for half an hour as I went into Vallarta for shopping, because it wasn't visiblefrom the street, and was just visible inside of the restaurant. Showed up 1 hour before closing and nobody served us, waited for 10 minutes. Whoever the manger that was working decided to... leave right when I pulled into drive thru should?ve let the customer know that they are leaving early. Read more

Just a horrible experience at this location. Went through the drive through and all I ordered was a chocolate cake. Had to wait... 15 minutes behind the car that was in front of while cars packed up behind me. Got to the window and they hadn?t even put myorder in (tried to charge me and give me someone else?s order) THEN tried to overcharge me for the chocolate cake. Never againwill I even drive by this location. I wish there was an option less than 1 star, but this?ll have to suffice. Read more

I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders combo and noticed they took a while, and now I know why, they were left in the fryer too... long and came out tooo crispy they were dark and had black spots. I'm glad it was fresh but definitely need to be attentive.I've never had an issue with them until today, they staff was definitely friendly. Read more
