I use the drive through. The beef steak taco salad is very good. The vegan burger is very tasty.
Got taquito & the lettuce it was on was brown. It was an old bag it looked like. The taquito's were no better than frozen... ones. The interior dining area had a few tables not cleaned. There was lots if banging in the kitchen & we could hear it all. Then water came running out the door to the kitchen right by restrooms. We had to be very careful to not slip. Someone toldthem in the front & he said he would take care of it later. I will not return to a Carl's Jr anytime soon. ?? Read more
29 dollars and change for two western bacon cheese burgers, two large cokes, and two large frys. I think that is a bit much that... is why I do not eat out more. Read more
My fiance and I wanted to get out and just have an easy meal without a crowd. We both got the breakfast burrito combo. It came... out to over $25 and they were nothing special. I've always liked Carl's Jr...but they are WAY over priced. Read more
The wait time wasn't bad like other Carl's Jr locations. The food here was not great at all! ???? The burgers were burnt, the... fries were double dipped and SUPER salty, the chicken stars looked like they were bitten prior to us getting them and tastedlike old oil. Placed order through drive through, one burger special cheese, mayo and onion only and hash browns. Got home burger only had... cheese and Patty's were dry and crumbled like from day before, oil that hash browns were cooked in was rancid and made my wiferetch. What's sad is the person at window came back to confirm what was supposed to be on burger and receipt was correct to.Went to take back and person in kitchen rolled eyes and just slapped mayo and onion on and kept receipt. In disgust I went tothe Carl's on Blackstone which I've never had issues and they made correct first time. I hate to be that person but the Herndonand first Carl's has always had issues and employees and management could care less. If in area just go the extra 2 miles to theone in riverpark. Read more
Dry dry dry. I was charged incorrectly so they had to charge me again for the correct food item. I order 5 piece of hand breaded... tenders and received 3 extra burnt tenders and a nugget of breading. The manager was apologetic and offered a complimentarymeal, so thank you May. I redeemed the offer and paid for more items on my next visit. Big mistake! The food is all dry, I evenwaited for it to be fresh and live 4 minutes away from the location. Food was mad dry!!!!!!
