My mom placed an order and did not receive everything. She then called to make a complaint and they hung up on her. Twice. I... understand she was coming in hot on the phone and for that I apologize, but she paid for items that she did not receive andrather then find out what happened they hung up on her. Read more
Sadly carls jr has become another bland chain restaurant. I remember great burgers and fries...i recently had a chicken blt and... ny side was onion rings... the blt was dry ... very little flavor...my side was cooked so l8ng in the fryer ut was like eatingdry old wood... what happened to you're quality ...???? Worst Carl's junior burgers I have ever had came from here. I don't know what took them so long but I swear to God, mcdonalds... makes better food, and more fresh than this place! Burgers tasted old and dry, fries were half cooked and the chicken stripslooked like a few popcorn chicken (like the size of a quarter of a strip of chicken) and was rubbery and hard! Both of us didn'tfinish it and did I mention it was 35 bucks for this meal! If I known I was guna eat old food I would have went to mcdonaldsbecause at least their food isn't old! I'm so disappointed because they are so expensive and they don't even make it fresh! Read more
I've gone to the Carl's Jr. on Chestnut and Shepherd at least since I was in middle school. I'd say its always been a nice place... to eat inside because they keep it very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I've always liked the staff there whenever I've gone.It's more expensive than other fast food places around, but their standard burger, "the big cheeseburger" is pretty inexpensive. Read more
When I come in here, all I see are tired looking staff and overweight, obese men sitting alone, no wife and no family.. makes me... sad. The staff could at least try to be a bit friendlier to make it better, and PLEASE? CLEAN THE FLOOR! Last time I was here,there was a dark soda puddle by the trash can, and I almost stepped in it... just disgusting. Very good burgers and onion ringshere, a tad overpriced but not too bad really, so it's a shame the atmosphere is so unacceptable. Clean the floor, teach youremployees basic manners, and you've got a half decent place. I will be praying for those overweight men as well... there isalways a chance to turn your life around.
