Not sure about anybody else, but Chipotle’s portions have been getting much smaller over the years while the prices continue... to rise. We came in for lunch one day. Our food was made and ready to be paid for when their register system shut down. Thingshappen, understandably. However… Staff made us wait 30 minutes as our food got cold for the system to come back on before wecould get our food. Several other people who decided to leave the line had their food thrown away by staff. No drinks wereoffered to those whose orders had been placed or had been waiting to simply pay. No inconvenience discount was offered. Frankly,if they were just going to throw the food away if we left, the food that was already made should have been free simply for theinconvenience. What is $20 to a giant, National company like Chipotle, anyway? The small portion sizes and cold food by the timethe system can back on were not worth waiting 30 minutes and paying full price for. Very disappointed. I suggest that chipotlecome up with a better way to handle this situation when it arises. Customers don’t have to spend their time or gas money tocome here. Won’t be returning to this location. Parking lot is too crowded anyway. Read more
DO NOT ORDER THROUGH A DELIVERY SERVICE!!! I ordered a steak bowl and less than half the bowl was filled and cold. My wife's... bowl was missing ingredients and they don't care. I tried to call to talk to someone about it but no one picked up. They need tobe watched when making your food or they will put nothing in it and just take your money. Read more

First of all, I didn't Like how their website mentioned they had a drive thru and when we got there, there was no drive thru at... all. Secondly, The lady who was preparing our order was rushing (partly because she was trying to fill a door dash order, Iwasn't upset about that at all, I just told her fill the order first and take your time, no biggie). This is the incredible amount of food that comes out of the “Burrito Bowl”. The ingredients are always fresh & very tasty.... The guacamole is very flavorful and you definitely can tell it’s fresh avocados that are used to make it! I would definitelyrecommend this location. (We eat here at least once a week) Read more

Half spoonfuls of rice, beans, and chicken. Lady at the counter did it her own way by giving me salsas that I did not want (I... can't eat food that's too spicy) so i had to suck it up. Honestly, I'm seeing why less and less people are coming to Chipotlethese days and going to Cafe Rio just across the freeway. Would not recommend coming here anymore. Read more
