The cashier assumed me and my friend were paying together but we were paying separately. She didn?t even ask if we were paying... together. She charged me for both ice creams. When she recognized what she did, she asked her coworkers what to do. They alljust shrugged - not knowing what to do. One shrugged her shoulders, ?Just pay her back.? Don?t know why I couldn?t just get arefund though and be recharged? It was busy so I decided to just have my friend pay me back. I had a bad experience here with my friends on Prom night. I get we were the customers who came in before closing, but we were... quick with our orders. Coming from a teenager myself, they were just RUDE, besides one employee who handed us napkins. That?sall we wanted. You would get great customer service if you are white. Saw a white couple walk in get greeted served before me waited to be... asked patiently after about 10 mins I left not once any of the employees working in there ever said anything or even looked atme or acknowledge I was there. Went here after dinner. I haven't had their ice cream in ages. And I still haven't, I ordered sorbet and my wife had the ice... cream. They are nice, at least the staff that was there tonight, couple of girls and couple of guys. I wasn't going to leave areview, but after a few minutes sitting there, eating, and reviewing their menu. I realized the music on the overhead absolutelydid not match the establishment. It was playing some very established Mexican music like I would find at El Rachito or TaqueriaSan Mateo(great places for Mexican breads and tacos/tortas etc. respectively). I just want to recognize them for making such abold choice. Chances are I'm going to be heading to Cold Stone after grabbing tacos, or at least it will always cross my mind.(I'm also glad they were not playing Xmas music already. ????) Read more

Great ice cream, great employes. I love mostly how when you order a pint they actually smash it all in there and fill to the top... and even give you the extras...unlike Baskin Robbins who charges outrageous prices but yet only fills 1/3 of their pint. The little girls that work here are rude and gave my daughter the wrong ice cream so I had to throw the whole ice cream away... because we were on our way out of town. The little girl rolled her eyes when I asked for a minute to look at the menu. Horrible. Read more
