I love sandwiches especially with this heat who wants to cook. The location on Ashlan and Blythe used to be good. I gave it... another try, but this time I ordered a full size green salad. I was disappointed there was only a few pieces of lettuce, alittle bit of cheese, 3 cherry tomatoes, 3 pieces of cucumber and 1 bad slice of brown avocado. I was charged for the ranch. Howam I supposed to eat a salad with no ranch. I could have gone to a fast food restaurant and picked up a small salad with moreingredients and paid less. Read more
I love the sandwiches at deli delicious, but everytime I order a sandwich from this location they mess up my sandwich by... leaving off key ingredients. One time they left off the avacado, the last time I went, they left off the bacon. I droveback to have them give me the avacado, but they were closed by the time I got home and started eating my sandwich the day thebacon was missing. This location used to be very good, and I'm sure the labor shortage is not helping, but the quality has gone down severely. We... had no problem waiting longer than usual for our food to be made and cashiers being brand new is understandable, but when theykept messing up our food and refusing to help, we got frustrated. The phone would just ring off the hook, so I had to drive there and wait, which isn't ideal when you aren't dining in. The... online ordering was turned off. I ordered two sandwiches. The girl at the register got confused somehow, and only got onesandwich. It was really frustrating having to order my sandwich again. The customer service was terrible, they said to me "hereyou go" when my order was ready. The store is less than a mile away from my house, and I will not be coming back here. I don'tunderstand why the company doesn't want to train better, and create an environment that is more comfortable for employees. So I see all these comments talking about how bad deli delicious is. If you know about deli delicious then you obviously know... that they do run out of chicken that is the most popular. And the tri tip and Philly cheesesteak do not taste dry, it is notburnt so all of you that are just making comments just to do it isn?t right because I bet you all still go there n order. Alsothey do have great customer service it isn?t right that you guys are rude to them because they don?t have certain stuff that isbecause there delivery people don?t deliver everything they need it isn?t the employees fault and that what none of you rudecustomers understand and they can only make so much a day. There are multiple reasons why I gave only one star, which should be 0 stars, to this place. The first one would be the fact... that they hired me and fired me the next day through text message, totally unprofessional, and I have yet to receive my paycheckfor my one day of work which was about 2 months ago. The manager seemed to have no clue on how to hire and train a new employee.She showed me around the store then had me shadow everyone. Honestly it was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience aswell as a huge waste of my time. The second reason is that I ordered the Philly cheesecake sandwich, which I was told I'd get anemployee discount on, and the meat was hard and dry and had no flavor. It was very disappointing especially since I didn't get adiscount so it cost almost $9. This particular Deli Delicious is awful and I will never go back to it.
