They are understaffed. Our server did her best but she forgot a lot of things like dipping sauce for our appetizer, A1 sauce,... silverware. We just got it ourselves because they were short staffed. Food was great. Server was friendly and tried her best.Very much appreciated. Read more
We pass through Fresno to Kings Canyon National Park every year. This year we decided to stop for a served meal and this Denny?s... was the closest restaurant on our route. It was clean, we were welcomed and seated immediately. Our server, Jalena, waswonderful. She took our order and offered suggestions we would never have thought to add. I ordered curbside, but the phone number to call didn't work. Went inside and waited about 20 mins which didn't bother me. I... ordered a kid's meal and fit slam. When I got home I noticed that the fit slam meal wasn't complete. All I received were theeggs and one turkey bacon strip. The tomatoes weren't fully cut, they were whole and the two turkey bacon strips I receivedweren't fully cooked. I didn't receive my English muffin and seasonal fruit. Their website clearly states that the meal comeswith "Egg whites scrambled together with fresh spinach and grape tomatoes, plus turkey bacon strips, an English muffin andseasonal fruit. " It doesn't come close to what I received. I didn't get what I paid for which is False Advertisement. Iwouldn't have mind waiting a long period of time since I completely understand what it means to be busy. But I would haveExpected to receive my order correctly and cooked properly. Read more

I have worked in this area for 23 years and have frequented this location many times. I must say that for a while I was worried... but the food and speed has much improved. I want to especially point out the wonderful customer service I have received latelymost everyone is friendly and helpful especially from Judy P. She is always pleasant and attentive. She is a great asset toyour restaurant. Today I was in a terrible mood when I arrived, just interacting with her put me in a more pleasant frame ofmind. Read more
