We visited this location for dinner. I ordered from the value menu the following items for myself: the single chicken fried... steak with two sides, a side salad without croutons & no cheese. Instead I received the two piece chicken fried steak and theside salad with croutons and cheese. Our server removed the cheese and croutons per my request. My daughter asked for a side ofranch dressing to go with her fries that were included with the cheeseburger. I reminded our server and she still forgot. Whenthe manager was clearing a table nearby I requested a side of ranch dressing and a glass of water for my daughter. I nevermentioned that we didn't receive what we originally ordered. I was a little disappointed with our service. I still gave a tipanyway, only less than the minimum. I hope service improves the next time I visit for dinner. Read more
Today was Denny's brunch day. My daughter and I had breakfast, I had the grand slam, and what a great day it makes when not only... was the food good, but the service was fantastic! Jay, our server, was attentive, friendly, and funny :-). Although the kitchenmessed up my eggs :/ ... We are regular patrons (2-4x month) for the last 18+ years since you opened this location. Typically never had a problem. ... Today we came in at 12:45 for lunch. We were asked to wait 15 minutes which was reasonable so we sat. About 10 minutes later agroup of 18 Hispanic men who were standing near a nearby hotel made there way over and asked to be seating. Within a fewminutes they were accommodated while we continued to wait. After they were seated I asked if they forgot us. The hostess grabsmenus and walks away gruffly. I asked if she was seating us and she rolls her eyes. Rude! Then another server comes up andasked what the problem was. I told her and she said nothing she could or would do about it while the hostess smirked. Wewalked out..18 years! And you lost a good customer ????. I do believe this was racially motivated as we are not obviouslyHispanic. Read more
Service here was ok....our server was forgetting a lot of stuff we had asked for. And he tend to talk a lot with other customers... while we had to go up multiple times to get things he was not bringing us. I understand if it was super busy but it was not thatbusy when we went. Read more
Why have I forgot about Denny's? Excellent service with a Good Ol' Grand Slam Breakfast. They were very accommodating to our 1... year old and the service was excellent! They made up for taking long to take our order. We will become regulars for sure!! Read more
Typical Dennys, I'm a fan. Be prepared to be asked for change in the parking lot before and after your meal.
This is my favorite Denny's location. The food is consistently good and the service is always the best. It was a joy to actually... eat inside the restaurant again today after not being able to for so long due to the pandemic. All employees wore face masks,surfaces were continually being sanitized, and clear acrylic barriers were in place between each booth. Monica was our servertoday. She is as pleasant as she is kind and efficient. Denny's always has good coffee and great pancakes. The pancakes are evenbetter now with their new recipe. The new recipe has a hint of vanilla that compliments the buttermilk pancake batter nicely. Iordered the Everday Value Slam and chose to add in blueberries to my pancakes for about a $1 more. Dennys #8173 let us so down after hiring that so called manager Maggie and that so called waitress of hers, we do miss Mr Jose,... hes the best over there. We had to switch to u guys and let me tell u, its been great! We came when it was super busy, sowaiting for a seat was a given...but our food was great, service was great, and no attitudes!
