Drove 30 minutes to pick up and bring home food. Ordered a scarface pasta with mushrooms on the side. Got a scarface with NO... pasta. Just spend $50 for our anniversary lunch just for me to have to make my own pasta. Manager is out for now... so nothingcame of this. Read more
We've loved Di Ciccos food for years. However, this location accepted my to go order and quoted me 25mins for pick up. When I... arrived I waited another 45 minutes and there was only 1 other customer. No food on their table either. No staff was anywhereuntil one employee clocked in. Mistakenly they thought i ordered 2 glasses of wine but since I already paid for my food the winewas put into a to go cup instead of a refund. Read more
The inside is very beautiful, the glass windows and all the decor. The food was really good I just been awhile since I've Ben to... dicicco's but I'm glad the food is still good. Our server was out and about more than he was at our table then we got to wait awhile to flag him down if we needed anyting. The music was also very nice played a many variety of songs. Read more
Okay food, horrible service recovery, okay phone ordering, but they said they would only take cash on the phone order from me... since it's my first time doing a phone order. They forgot the butter for my bread, they sure did add it on the receipt, theyalso EXPLICITLY stated the exact qty I would receive, refused me any extra and yet I got none. Also didn't include the cheese orpeppers I asked for and was promised. When I called they said I could drive back and get it-nope! It's across town and I have 2small kids-no thanks. So they said I could get 10% off my next order. What a joke. Horrible customer service recovery! Read more
