Went through the drive through and it was pretty fast and the coffee was good. I'm giving a low rating because it was 98*... outside and the poor girl who was taking our order was stuck outside in direct sun with no shade. I asked why she wasn't in thelittle hut and I was told that it has to be over 100* before they could use the little order hut. Poor girl was drenched insweat and has a really red face. I turned my air vent toward her while she was taking my order to help give her a little break.I hope they take better care of their employees because making someone stand in the high temperature heat with no shade isridiculous. Pretty accurate on my coffee order. However, kind of a funky smell inside the coffee shop. And there was a homeless person... slumped out on one of the sofa's inside the coffee shop.. (it was like a 100 degrees outside though) Read more
The coffee is good but they don't offer refills unless you pay full price. I don't know of any chain coffee shop/restaurant that... does this. The staff is friendly though. Seems more like a place for teens and young adults Read more

Horrible service! The staff was busy partying and taking shots of red bull i think and ignored us at the window for a while.... Made our orders wrong and took for ever as a giant line built up behinds us. The attitudes we got sucked and then they asked usif we wanted to tip big? For what? We all have worked food service in one way or another. this was not it hopefully it getsfixed. Read more
Both night time managers are completely oblivious as to what it takes to run a business successfully. You don't argue with an... unsatisfied customer you do whatever it takes to make it right. If you don't make a customers coffee to their liking you don'tstand there arguing with the customer you apologize and remake it period! Please don't tell me how I like 'my' coffee. Idefinitely do not want to drink a cup of caramel. There was absolutely no espresso or coffee in this cup of whatever I wasgiven. These two women are clueless as to what it takes to be a barista and with their attitudes have no business working withthe public whatsoever. I gave them three chances at this particular location in hopes that just maybe they had a bad night buteeeeeeek all three times the coffee was horrible!
