Once in a while I'll checkout the Apps for different locations, because of time crunches. This was my first time trying the El... Pollo app. Was not too impressed. Ordered food from home, about a 25 min ride, and still had to wait an extra 20 min to get myorder. Picked up an online order here that they said was done. Once inside I?m told 25 minute wait. It?s been 44 minutes, order still... not done. No help. No refund and no apologies. I?ve been to El Pollo Loco many times and ever since COVID, all quality and customer service has gone out the window for this... establishment. Constantly serve cold dry chicken, they?re always out of stuff, and the customer service is below average. Thislocation NEEDS a new manager asap. No "pickup window" waited 13 minutes to get assistance. Salad dressing not included, no salsa. Unit not clean. Entry doors look... like not cleaned in a few weeks. Staff not friendly. Would give zero if I could. Never go there again. Read more
