Once in a while I'll checkout the Apps for different locations, because of time crunches. This was my first time trying the El... Pollo app. Was not too impressed. Ordered food from home, about a 25 min ride, and still had to wait an extra 20 min to get myorder. Waited in take out parking, while I watched car after car run through the drive through, get their order and head out. Idon't usually come to a conclusion on the first visit. Picked up an online order here that they said was done. Once inside I?m told 25 minute wait. It?s been 44 minutes, order still... not done. No help. No refund and no apologies. It was a 12 piece order but I watched them give out three different eight pieceorders out the drive-through window and one right here in the store. No kind of explanation or anything. I?ve been to El Pollo Loco many times and ever since COVID, all quality and customer service has gone out the window for this... establishment. Constantly serve cold dry chicken, they?re always out of stuff, and the customer service is below average. Thislocation NEEDS a new manager asap. No "pickup window" waited 13 minutes to get assistance. Salad dressing not included, no salsa. Unit not clean. Entry doors look... like not cleaned in a few weeks. Staff not friendly. Would give zero if I could. Never go there again. Read more

I love the chicken avocado burrito, chips & guacamole & side of beans. Food is always good. This last time there were obvious... staffing issues which I understand because of the pandemic. It was pretty busy inside. Lots of spills on the floor. It was hardto find a table that was clean. Trash by door was overflowing. Took 10 minutes for the cashier to take our order. They were outof Dr. Pepper. When we were getting ready to leave an employee started complaining about working there & said he was about to gooff on these people. Very unprofessional to say things like that in-front of customers. Usually I like this location but maybenext time I?ll just go through the drive-thru & eat in the car.
