It's rare that I give 5 stars because you really have to earn it and this El Pollo Loco restaurant earned it!! My Food is always fresh, hot and yummy, they always get my order right. Never have to complain and the service for the most part... is fast and friendly. Favorite place to eat as well because I always get greeted when I step into the store. A lot of places nolonger care about greeting customers, but El Pollo Loco isn?t one of them ?? Read more

Good flavor chicken. Terrible hospitality. Restrooms are locked and you need to ask for a token to get in. Tables not clean. No... lids nor straws for drinks. This service will make the restaurant go out of business. Take out might be a better option. Read more
I order at least once or twice a week from el pollo loco and I stopped because I would get the chicken burnt all the time I... called many times to explain to them that I wouldn?t feed my kids the chicken burnt and dry. Whoever the manager needs to stepup and not have the lame excuse that they are short on staff. I started ordering again hopefully it had changed but nope it?sstill the same. I?m definitely going to stop ordering from this store. I?m tired of calling and letting them know the issue whenit?s going to continue. Read more
Food was ok. But getting charged for chips and guacamole is a joke. Single person portion and literally 10 chips. I ordered 18pc... family mean and was definitely not enough for 8 people. Then what made it worst was my guacamole was already bad and brown causeit tasted funky i called them and told them i wanted fresh guacamole and they said thats all they had. Update 11/10/21: Foodwas great like it said before no complains about that but this time the guacamole and chips were free with order and again itwas brown???? maybe take it off the menu?
