This place is the reason I hate drive thru. Forgot the salsas, the chicken looked like it was butchered by Edward Scissorhands,... the mashed potatoes tasted like unfiltered tap water from a rusty alleyway faucet... just a horrible way to spend $20 on foodsupposedly made for human consumption. If you have pizza rolls or a cup o'noodles at home, put that microwave to work and saveyour money. Read more

I only come here because I don?t like to eat fry chicken and I chose el pollo loco for their cooked grilled chicken ????.... Service isn?t all that , tacos aren?t any better and doesn?t barely contain anything .. they ripped me off with their tacos andchicken is too small , I?ll buy a a whole chicken ???? and barbecue it myself next time .. don?t recommend em cause they don?tbring affordability and quality at all ..Terrible customer service as if it?s their first day working.. 5/28/2022 ... Was wanting a burrito so we stopped here cause it was the closests place ... Got home and I'm really glad I looked... in my burrito before eating it because it had two strands of hair in it ... Also was made incorrectly ... Went back to the shopand they remade it 3 times the first time they remade it wasn't the correct burrito remake then when they remade it again it hadavacado no beans or rice completely different burrito again ... By the third remake I stood there and watched the cook make myburrito and they almost forgot my sour cream till I mentioned it again to them and they unwrapped and added my sourcream. Honestly by the time I got the correct burrito I didn't even want a burrito anymore but they remade it 3 times so I feltbad ... I was hungry though so I just ate it. A little annoyed though because it was a very simple burrito to make ... Thebirra burrito no onion or cabbage with extra sour cream .... I appreciate that they offered for a refund or a remake but 3times to make the correct burrito ... I won't be going back for a good while honestly Employees should definitely be wearinghairnets when making food. Read more
