They are overly priced I guess like most places now but service has gone down tremendously. Employees need to get it together... and management needs to be changed if your employees are on phones rather than attending to customers. Read more
The service was bland and not very welcoming. The burgers used to be great here. Now they're just okay. I've noticed many fast... food chains are switching the hamburger buns for a sweet kings Hawaiian style bun. I for one don't like sweet tastinghamburgers. That's what they serve now. I had to discard the bun and just eat the patty. Read more

Worst service I have ever experienced at this Fosters! My family and I go here about twice a week. It wasn?t busy. The girl... working the drive thru needs to learn better customer service skills! Not one time did she look or acknowledge me during thewhole process of paying and getting our shakes! Why you?re wondering? She and two other male employees were too busy talking ather register! After she took my payment, all three employees continued to talk at the register, not making the shakes! Afterabout two minutes, one male went to the machine and started our order! The other two continued to chat! One of them could hadgone over to help (quicker service)! After shakes were done, she handed them through the window while STILL talking to the otherguy! Absolutely great location. The staff was super friendly and there was jokes and laughter. Tip for you if you pay with cash there... is a discount at the register here. The food was prepared quickly and let me say the big boss combo is extremely delicious. Read more
