If you're looking for something new to try I highly encourage you check out Hummus Republic. Its got good food different then... what you normally see in sit down restaurants. The staff is highly efficient at getting orders in and to you despite heavycrowds at times. Price is reasonable as well so be sure to check them out. Also you can now order in advance so your food isready when you walk in. Granted I've never had to wait long to get my food but I know some people are in a rush so it's extraconvenient. Read more
I had a great experience at Hummus Republic. I was so excited to see that they had 4 different hammus to choose from, their food... is delicious and full of flavor and their atmosphere is very welcoming. It was my first time there so I was unsure on what toget and how to but a bowl together. Suzie was very knowledgeable and attentive, with her help I was able to put a very tastebowl together. When I moved to Fresno in 2019 I was honestly sad about leaving behind some of my favorite comfort foods in Arizona. I?ve been... searching for Mediterranean food that would scratch the itch of my favorite pita from back home, but I honestly had no luck forthe longest time. Recently I tried hummus republic expecting to be disappointed that nothing would ever compare to my nostalgia,however, not only did they not disappoint, their food is absolutely amazing. 100/10! I love the employees who work at my shop.Last time I went Ashley just absolutely killed the game. Definitely one of the most bang for buck restaurants around. The prices for the quality and amount of food you get is pretty... hard to find anywhere else. Everything tastes fresh and the flavors are great. Worth a drive downtown. Read more
Went with my husband to dine in. It was cold outside. Chairs were cold too. Not cozy like other restaurants. The inside is... modern, minimalistic, and felt spacious enough. Clean. The employees were nice to us..that's important:) We got a bowl andshared it. It's not really my cup of tea, but my taste buds are really picky. Very tasty stuff if you like Middle Eastern food. You get to pick what you want on your bowl, wrap or pita. Lots of good... options, and it was all good. I especially liked the stuffed grape leaves. Interesting variety of lemonade. Cucumber jalapenowas shockingly good. That was the oddest flavor. Read more
