I saw the cashier by the name of Dylan pick his nose then rudely disrespect an elderly senior citizen. His tone of voice was... offensive as if he could careless for this polite senior citizen. Where is the friendly all American Customer Service? Theseyoung kids could use more training before hiring. Great service. The drinks are good.
My experience was horrible. As a black woman, I felt completed discriminated due to the poor customer service, lack of respect... and compromise. I was initially going to Starbucks anyway but the watermelon weekend $5 breeze deal caught my attention while Iwas waiting in Starbucks drive thru. So I get out of the Starbucks line, go in Jamba and immediately asked about the $5 weekenddeal. Signs says it?s with membership and there was also a sign inside that says you can get 50% off your smoothie for signingup. So what I do? I sign up. I wasn?t even looking to get both deals at the same time at all as I really just wanted the $5 dealfor being a member. So then I proceed to complete my order, gave the sales clerk (ABI) my number so she can locate me as amember and she did!!! However I noticed I still wasn?t getting my Watermelon Beeeze for $5 as advertised when she gave me thetotal. This young lady tells me sometimes the app gives you the deal and sometimes it doesn?t but there isn?t anything I cando?WHAT? I say okay what about 50% for sign up that?s advertised right here by your register (picture attached). She says ?yea Idon?t know but nothing I can do!!? WHAT? I kept my cool asked for the manager, she says she (ABI) is the manager. So I ask whatwas the point of me signing up if I?m not getting anything as ADVERTISED! She says I?m not sure! So NONCHALANT & COLD with herwords! I say I?m not accepting that there has to be something you can do! She says, ?let me go call my manager and see what Ican do with an attitude!? She had me standing in that lil dirty place for 10 minutes before she comes back making my smoothie $5as advertised! Now this other young lady (ALICIA) hands me my order which was an AÇAÍ primo bowl and Watermelon Breezesmoothie. You always receive great service when getting yourself a jamba drink. Many selections, and they are all good.
This place stole over $20 worth of an online order I placed on their app. I was half-way to pick up my order, they called and... said they didn't have the ingredients to make my drinks and promised to refund me. I called them twice for my refund and theytold me they will talk to their manager. No refund, no call back, nothing. I went in on a Saturday morning and spoke with theirsupervisor Emma. She told me she approved my refund and guess what....I still haven't received my refund to this day. It's beenover a month. It's not the money but the principle they should stand by. Not a trustworthy place. If you guys make an orderthrough them, just make sure you get your drinks because a refund will be far reached. Read more
I think the world of the staff at this store. They are young kids making it in today's complicated world. The staff is... courteous, professional, pleasant and outgoing. Their drinks are always well made and nicely presented. Shout out to the managerand her assistant manager. A great place to pass the time and watch the world go by. Read more
