We gotten kfc from here before and it was good this time it was super greasy messed up sides...bought holiday special and... instead got 4 coleslaw. I guess they're not reliable. And should have asked customer with child that was coughing up a lung totake them to the car instead of allowing them to stay inside coughing. Shame on you guys. Then y'all worry about getting sick. It's easy to remember what a place used to be like. The portions are definitely smaller and prices are higher. Never have I ever... paid so much for smaller pieces of chicken. But I remember when they had bigger chicken. Probably won't be back. Read more
I am changing my rating from 5 to 1 its because the drive through staff is super rude to there customers. This is my 3rd time... here after so long and they are the super rude one in this kfc. They need train more how to behave towards there customers orthey need to be changed who knows how to talk with their customers. Read more
The service was fine . No complaints at all about that . The place was clean . My only issue was that my chicken looked and... tasted as though it sat under a warmer all day . Kinda messed up dinner . Read more
I JUST got home, against my better judgment did not check order. Offered to upgrade my orders to a LARGE. Instead of 2 LARGE... fries I received only one Almost LARGE fry spit in half (refer to pics) old petrified tenders , and no sauce! $20 + down thedrain. I tried contacting location on KIngs Canyon Rd, busy signal the phone is off the hook as not have to answer to or resolveissues resulting from poor business practices. So it?s makes more sense for KFC HIRED help to cheat customers , ($20+) than todo their job and prepare orders, and or communicate/clarify shortages/out of stock rather than UPSELLING almost emptycontainers. It?s no so much about the fries the intentional cheating .. Why upsell an item they know full well is low and or notavailable.. Just out of convenience?! I understand there are certain practices and procedures employees must follow in regardsto inventory, I get it however if laziness isn?t the issue , than KFC on Kings Canyon Rd should consider closing earlier if lowor no inventory leaves employees having to resort to ripping customers off or at least train them to be honest and communicatemenu options. So the drive thru was pretty busy so it took about 10-15 minutes give or take but the food was good for kfc...no complaints
