It was 100+ degrees and I didn't plan to get out of the car.. sat in the drive through for 5 or so minutes, cars in front and... behind. Only to have the line start to move again and at the "Order Here" screen the cashier informed each of us in line thatthe drive through was not working. Had to get out in the heat and wait again. Not a great experience and increased my quickvisit by about 20 minutes. Read more
Pricey meals! Drive up order was wrong! It's frustrating to arrive home with the wrong sides even when they are correct on the... sales receipt. One should be by able to trust this, right? Also the coleslaw was packed in the box with hot mashed potatoes &hot chicken pieces on top... coleslaw won't stay cold when packed like this! With many new chicken places opening up in Fresno,KFC has dropped to the bottom of our list. Read more
Would've been a higher rating if they had put gravy in the bag for order # 5410064. Should probably make sure everything is in... there before sealing the pick up order bag. Customer assuming everything is in there. Can't enjoy mash potatoes without gravy.Chicken and everything else was fine. Read more
The only good things about the 3 piece tender combo were the soda, the biscuit, the fries and the BBQ sauce. The tenders were... mostly breading and were miniscule. Most definitely *not* worth the $$$. Read more
If I could give no stars I would. Worst KFC in Fresno. Their reason for the chicken being pink and bloody was because it's... original and it's like that sometimes. If I want more we'll done cooked chicken to extra crispy. I wish I was joking.... avoidthis place at all costs. Read more

Poor customer service. Poor food quality. Old hard chicken tenders, and hard biscuits. Substituted coleslaw for biscuits. The... fries were also old, overcooked and hard. A total waste of time and money. Don't plan on returning to this KFC location again. Read more
