A couple years ago I use to love eating here up until last year I think there are new owners. I went back for the 1st time in... months and the cook was taking orders on the phone & touching the chicken katsu with his hands at the same time all while itlooked like he was sweating . When I first went in, the restaurant felt unique, different, and best of all exotic so it does not feel monotonous. When I... ordered the Chicken Katsu Sandwich, it was the most amazing sandwich than any Fast-Food restaurant I would order. This alonemakes me want to come visit again and try out the different menu items that are just so eye-catching for me to try out once. TheStaff were pretty nice and chill when interacting with me and being hospitable. I highly recommend going to this place ratherthan any of the traditional fast-food places, if not for trying it out once, the food tastes amazing and fulfilling while at thesame time not being heavy. Missing our appetizer. Food that we did get was burnt and flavorless. The short ribs were nothing but a strip of bones and the... Mac salad was hot. I?ve been coming here years and it has gone down the drain in the last year or so. There are plenty of otherplaces now that will give quality food and service so no more from L&L. Read more
I just have to say it bothers me greatly to leave such a bad review for a local company. The list of issues are many here. I'm... currently typing this from inside the restaurant. The front of house was my first problem. The man/woman that took my order hadlong nails with visible dirt under them, I just kinda shrugged this off because I was already here. After heading back I sawthat all the tables had something on them, crumbs, stains, liquid etc. Once haven taken my seat towards the back I noticedstained tiles and missing tiles across the floor as well as damaged and visibly wet ceiling tiles. While seated I can here thestaff very loudly speaking in what us otherwise an empty location. Furthermore my food finally arrived. Room temperature riceand Katsu chicken with sauce that is visibly watered down as you can see the seperation. Just plain embarrassing for a placethat used to be good. UPDATE. I was promised it would get better and offered a free revisit. 3 years later And now they arepaying for 5 star reviews, people are getting sick from the food, and it's filthier than ever. Polite service, very clean. Haven't tried much on the menu but the bbq chicken plate was delicious. Serve yourself fountain... with canned beverages also. Daily specials. Ample parking Read more
Haven't had L&L in a long time. Staff was friendly and food came quick. Tasted good but it was a lot of food. Portions are... pretty large. They have a mini size but it still has a lot of food. Good bang for the buck! Thanks for letting us try themalasada. Read more
Fried shrimp and chicken katsu are way too fried and tough - not in any way "tender" or "juicy" as the website describes. Shrimp... was not deveined either. This place has gone very downhill. Please raise your standards of quality. Read more
