Pizza was delicious but service was bad. They were busy. I had already place my order online. It said it was loaded into the hot... box but when I got there, it was not. My husband had to stand in line with 6 other customers. When there were 2 other personleft, my husband tried to talk to the guy in the front. He ignored him. I checked my email and they sent the code for the hotbox again. My husband said he saw my name light up, but the pizza was not even in the hot box. Then my name was gone. It's my go too place for pizza. Great prices, good quick food, you can't go wrong. I came here this evening about 9pm they... didn't have hot and readys but it was o ly like a 6minute wait. Melissa was at the front and her energy and pleasant attitude isinfectious, so I really didn't mind the wait. This location is always busy with a line and always has only ONE person working the register. They are consistently out of the... Hot-N-Ready pizzas. Although this location implemented the Pizza Portal which is incredibly easy to use and makesordering/pick-up quick, there is one huge flaw in this system. Sauces/Cheese/Peppers are not stored with the order in the PizzaPortal. Even the marinara is not placed with the order. So once you have your hot items you have to wait for a employee tobecome available to give you your sauces. So you have to wait for your sauces/cheese/peppers, which defeats the purpose of thePortal (order/pay online, pick up from the portal, no wait, no line). The staff is extremely friendly and polite though. Themanager needs to ensure that there is one or two employees designated to help with order pick-ups. Read more
Got here around 4:10. Ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. Girl didn?t understand what I ordered even though it was directly from... the menu. They made my order and gave it to the wrong customer. The manager was kind enough to comp my cheesy bread so Icontinued to wait. The people in the back didn?t even bother to begin remaking my pizza until 4:50... I could?ve orderedsomething to be delivered from elsewhere with this time. Absolutely ridiculous service for a single pizza and cheesy bread. Theonly redeeming quality in this store is the Manager Neil. He comped the entire order and gave store credit for the meal amount.Neil was very disappointed in his employees and very apologetic. The employees here need training on how to handle orders. Thankyou very much to Neil who still managed to get this taken care of. These guys are always so slow on things. Literally over charged me for my order. Which is not so bad, because anyone can make a... mistake, and they quickly fixed it. But at least 5-6 people came in to place orders after me yet left before me as I watched 1by 1 leave with their pizzas,crazy bread, cheesy bread and any other type of food they serve leaving me to be the last customerin the store still waiting. And, I know it's not that big of a deal but please cut your pizza better (uneven and not cut all theway through). Read more
