Terrible terrible service. I door dashed. Forgot my hash brown with my big breakfast, didn't give me syrup for my hotcakes. ... Forgot ketchup for the hash browns that were already missing. Legit 3 star . I always have to wait in a stall after ordering drive through . I get it I order for 5 ppl total but it's simple... stuff . Usually this place is busy so get it . Food is the same as all other mcd. Great spot to put a fast food place but itseems like they are short staffed cause they always make me wait and u see ppl scrambling trying ro figure out what to do Read more
I have used drive up at the Kings Canyon location for the past 2 years and always had a satisfactory experience.....BUT my dine... in this past visit was terrible. I stood at the order window for 9 minutes before someone acknowledged me. The cashier had tobe called back for her talking with an elderly woman seated with her meal. Once in position, my order was taken and that wasok. I sat and watched for 15 minutes and during my eating time all the bodies and effort which was given to Door Dash and GrubHub type in and out food delivery. McDonald's staff was under staffed when you take in account for the delivery orders. Read more
I arrived in the AM to the McDonald's on Clovis Ave (the door was locked ) 5am the worker lady came out and I asked if it was... open she rudely replied not yet even through the sign clearly says 4am it was 5:10 am I finally walked in at about 5:50 she sawme took her time then walked to the cash register didn't say a peep I asked her politely what I wanted and that was it she satmy hash brown down walked away and didn't say a peep. I appreciate it if you hire more friendlier people. I normally don't takethings personal but gee I feel like I'm being singled out because I came in with a bagpack. Read more
This McDonalds is the only one I've ever been through that the last 10 visits they have you wait in the curbside parking spot.... They do this to trick Corporate McDonald's into believing the drive through times are faster than they really are. They have 7curbside stalls that are constantly packed with people waiting. Everytime I come through this location I have to leave 15additional minutes early to plan for 15 minutes of waiting in curbside parking for a single hamburger. Corporate please do anaudit Read more
Would give 1/4 of star if could, this happen, 8/3/22, at 2:06, I always ask for fresh fries , sometimes I get Fresh ,& sometimes... not at this location, but this time when the bag was given to me. Fries were maybe warm, told gal I had asked for Fresh Fries,she took them in & within few minutes came out, this time they were greasy & slightly warm. Gal took off ,& would not listen tome. The nuggets we got were over hard & slightly warm. I will NOT go there again, waste of money. I've tried calling to talk toa supervisor but no one picks up phone. No customer service there. Ruined our lunch, & my daughter & granddaughter love theirfries & nuggets , but not this time. Read more
Went during lunch to pick up 2 cheeseburgers. Once I got to the window I was parked which is fine but then I noticed all 3 cars... behind me were also parked. Why are you going to park all of us if you don?t have anyones food? That doesn?t make the line gofast it puts more work on the employees. This wasn?t the fault of the workers it was management. While I was at the window Inoticed the manager telling the worker to park me. Management should know that you should only park people if you have the nextpersons food ready. Management should also come up with a system to hand out the food to the parked cars correctly. Always fast and friendly! I usually go at night so the drive thru lines are not so bad.???? ???? ????
