I'm really bummed out because I came in line and I'm always harassed by homeless people I feel really sorry for them so of... course I want to give them something but I want to pay for my McDonald's too and this time it was Halloween so I wanted to get abucket of course there was no buckets left this limit of 10 per car is ridiculous that's way too many per car I'm honest I gotone for my granddaughter and I tried to get one for me but you guys were out cuz the person in front of me got 10 ridiculous ifyou're going to get 10 Happy meals you ought to have 10 kids in the car to get the Happy meal Read more
Mcdonalds is always hit or miss . Seems like someone wanted to goof off for a doordash order and added a flat patty instead of a... quarter pounder . What a joke ! They were really rude in the drive thru....the McDonald's I went to was in Fresno....they made me wait up front because they... didn't want to have a line even though there weren't any cars behind us. Then they brought our food out without any of thesauces.....when we ordered chicken nuggets.....it was legit two ketchups and two napkins....both times I asked a question to thecashier's in both windows I was ignored.....the worst customer service by far. And to top it off they didn't even have frappeswhich was the main reason we went there in the first place. Read more
Ordered through mobile app. Had to go through drive thru because every steal was occupied. Went through drive thru and was told... to pull to spot 1. Went to pull around and there was cats in drive thru reserved one and 2 so I just parked close. Took 15 minto get my food. The app is useless if you are trying to save time on lunch. Read more
Update six months later: After numerous emails from corporate I was told the local restaurant would make it right. I never... received any contact from the local restaurant even after calling several times and leaving messages asking a manager to call meback. For $13 McDonald's has lost a customer forever. My wife and I were on our way back to Modesto from Nevada on 2/4/22 andstopped for a quick dinner a little before 7:00 PM. When we went in we wanted to use the bathrooms but we had to order firstbecause bathrooms are for customers only. I ordered at the kiosk because there are usually fewer mistakes than ordering from thecashier. After ordering it took nearly ten minutes for them to open the bathrooms. They finally let us use them after Ithreatened to pee in a corner. After we used the bathrooms we were waiting on our food. Then we were asked if we wanted to ordersomething and I told them I had ordered at the kiosk. She said there was no order. Then she asked for my receipt which I wasn?tgiven. The kiosk did not print one. I showed the charge in my bank account on my phone but that didn?t help. I was basicallycalled a liar and stolen from by these employees. I never did get my food but the charge still shows on my account. I wouldn?teat here if it was free. I?ve also contacted McDonalds corporate to see what they plan on doing. If I don?t get satisfaction Iwill definitely escalate this. It?s too bad a small group of low IQ workers can have such a huge impact on the quality ofservice a company provides. A bit long in drive through being 2nd car but worth the time. I asked for condiments at the kiosk. She got them all correct,... extra napkins, cheese was actually melted, just the right amount of 'stuff' on my burger. Obviously we'll trained and glad tohave a job. Read more
Best burger is the double quarter pounder. Fills me up good, tastes even better with a large Coke.
