I'm a 3 time a week customer. I've always had good service, hot food. The only negative think I could say, is the fountain... drinks don't work in the lobby, so you have to have the staff behind the counter refill your drink, which they do quickly. Read more

Normally I'm not a McDonald's fan not just because of the food, which I don't really care for, or the prices, which are... ridiculous, it's the horrible customer service. This McDonald's though has wonderful employees with outstanding customer serviceskills. Always polite and attentive and always trying to make sure you get your food quickly and accurately. This McDonald?s is trash. They always make you wait in a stall even if you have a small order. There?s always something missing.... Consistently the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Absolutely the worst in Fresno. You?re better off going to the Taco Bell onClinton and Brawley. Atleast they?re always fast and get my order right.
